Ganymede Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Commercial Manager to lead the Anglian Water repair and maintenance programme. The role requires strong leadership of a high-volume R&M operation, with responsibility for commercial performance and governance across the framework.

Qualifications

Experience in high-volume repair and maintenance programmes.
Strong commercial management skills with utilities/infra experience.
Proven leadership of commercial teams and stakeholders.
Excellent contractual and financial controls and reporting.

Responsibilities

Provide commercial leadership across the programme and lead the commercial team.
Drive performance across a high-volume portfolio of works.
Establish and maintain robust commercial controls and governance.
Oversee cost management, forecasting and financial reporting.
Lead contract and subcontract management and risk/opportunity handling.
Support operational teams with commercial decision-making.
Develop client and supply chain relationships and drive programme growth.
