Anglian Water is recruiting a Commercial Manager to lead daily commercial operations within Central Services. You will own contract management, financial oversight, and governance, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver cost efficiency and performance against targets.

The role requires a strategic leader with construction management or quantity surveying background, strong negotiation skills, and experience in complex matrix environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Membership of a professional body is advantageous; ongoing leadership development.
• Proven experience in a senior or strategic commercial role within complex environments.
• Track record of building high-performing, aligned teams and shaping commercial strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of NEC contracts and standard forms of contract.
• Demonstrated commercial and contractual awareness with stakeholders at all levels.
