Job summary

Aldwych Consulting Ltd, a leading UK infrastructure contractor, seeks an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function on a major Kent infrastructure programme.

You will own financial performance, drive forecasting, manage change, procurement and contract administration, and mentor a team of QSs within a senior leadership role.

This is a long-term, senior position offering exposure to senior stakeholders and a chance to shape commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• Significant commercial management experience within infrastructure or major construction.
• Experience leading a commercial team and managing complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial team across the project and drive performance.
• Develop and implement commercial strategy and governance.
• Manage change, compensation events and variations.
• Oversee subcontract procurement and commercial management.
• Provide commercial advice to senior project stakeholders.
