Job summary

Accenture is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Lead to oversee major UK capital projects and hyperscale data centre developments across the UK and wider EMEA. This role demands hands-on delivery alongside strategic governance and client relationship management.

You will lead commercial teams, drive risk management, and ensure robust contractual and commercial outcomes for complex projects across the region.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading commercial teams on large projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, claims and change control.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and governance reporting.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial teams across major UK/EMEA projects.
• Act as key client interface with senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
