Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 yrs. relevant experience as a contract manager with exposure to complex deals.
• Proven team management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead management teams at all levels across large projects and accounts.
• Understand client needs and priorities with account leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop staff across multiple projects and accounts and support performance management.
• Identify, escalate and resolve commercial and contract risks and issues with leadership guidance.
• Engage in pre-award sales activities and assist with deal shaping and contract drafting support.
• Be client facing and build trusted relationships with client counterparts.
• Lead and collaborate with executives and non-executives across teams.
• Work flexible: mix of remote, onsite at client, or in Accenture offices.
