Job summary

Southern Water is seeking a Developer Services Senior Commercial Lead to drive the commercial strategy and financial control across Developer Services. You will lead complex negotiations, manage contracts, and provide senior commercial advice to partners and customers.

The role is based in Durrington with hybrid working 2 days a week, offering significant involvement in AMP8 investments and cost-recovery initiatives.

• Understanding end-to-end financial control and cost recovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy for Developer Services.
• Direct commercial management of delivery contracts.
• Own end-to-end commercial and financial control framework.
• Ensure effective financial controls across expenditure and invoicing.
• Provide assurance on reporting, forecasts and cost recovery.
• Collaborate with Contracts Manager and leadership team.
