Job summary

Stantec is seeking a strategic and driven Regional Commercial Lead to join our UK Water business. Based in the South & Midlands, you will guide the commercial approach for AMP8, shape bids, and drive growth while managing risk across key regional frameworks.

You will lead a team with senior stakeholders, implement robust commercial strategies, and foster strong partnerships with clients and partners to secure a sustainable portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated water sector or consultancy
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to interpret complex financial reports
• Experience leading professional services teams
• Willingness to travel to client and project offices across the South of the UK

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight on commercial elements of bids and developing competitive proposals
• Lead commercial strategies to enable business growth and manage risk
• Build and maintain relationships with Client and Partner Commercial Leads
• Drive operational excellence with the Senior Leadership Team and support portfolio growth
