Cazoo is seeking a Senior Commercial Data Analyst to advance our journey into Decision Intelligence, moving from static reporting to proactive insight across Commercial, Account Management and Finance teams.

You will own the analytical agenda, develop churn and CLV models, and deliver actionable, data-driven narratives to improve dealer retention and revenue forecasting. Hybrid role based in Richmond, UK.

Qualifications

• Senior data analyst with track record in commercial, B2B or marketplace environments.
• Experience moving from data to insight to business action with measurable outcomes.
• Strong experience in churn propensity modelling, B2B segmentation, ARPA/revenue performance and lead quality analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytical agenda for Commercial, Account Management and Finance, including dealer retention and revenue forecasting.
• Build a dealer churn propensity model and a Dealer Customer Lifetime Value model for proactive intervention.
• Deliver segmentation and surface metrics like Cost Per Lead, Days to Sell, and listing performance benchmarking.
• Collaborate with the Analytics CoE to maintain a single trusted source of commercial data.
• Line-manage the Commercial Data Analyst, setting objectives and promoting proactive analytics.
• Develop narratives that enable decision-making and drive action acrossCommercial and Finance teams.
