Job summary

AutoTrader UK is seeking a Data Analyst to support complex consumer journeys within our product teams. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and product leads to build data products and monitor metrics across Search, Selling, CRM and Marketing.

The role requires SQL and Python/R skills, familiarity with ETL processes, and experience running A/B tests. We offer a hybrid working model and a supportive analytics community.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Data Analyst within consumer-facing product teams.
• Experience applying methods for statistical inference and analysing A/B tests.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python/R; knowledge of ETL processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor metrics for the product area.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement and maintain data products (dbt).
• Track user journeys and ensure alignment with business tracking
• Plan, execute and analyse A/B tests.
• Analyse product performance and drive improvements with data-driven recommendations.
