Qualifications

• Proven analytical experience in an insight, analytics or data-focused role.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and translating data into business insights.
• Experience with Python or SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong numeracy and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Curious mindset with a passion for understanding data and opportunities.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, well organised, and able to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical projects that identify drivers of business and portfolio performance, delivering actionable insights.
• Extract, manipulate and analyse data using SQL, Python and Excel to support decision-making.
• Support and evaluate test-and-learn initiatives, measuring outcomes against KPIs.
• Develop and enhance reporting and dashboards to monitor portfolio performance and customer behaviour.
• Act as a subject matter expert in customer behaviour, operational analysis and business insights.
• Ensure analysis quality through validation, QA and peer review.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insight-led improvements and data-driven decisions.
• Monitor impact of recommendations and changes implemented.
