Job summary

Harnham is seeking a commercially minded Senior Analyst to influence growth strategy with data-driven insights. You will partner with Marketing, Product and Analytics to identify growth opportunities and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.

Reporting into the Analytics Director, you will take a generalist approach, answering broad business questions and guiding prioritisation, experiments and KPI development across acquisition, retention and product growth.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Experience in Growth Analytics, Marketing Analytics or Product Analytics.
• Excellent understanding of customer acquisition, retention, conversion funnels and lifecycle behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention and LTV.
• Lead analysis across marketing performance, channel optimisation, attribution and product growth.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to measure impact.
