Job summary

Howden is seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join our UK Consumer & Local Commercial team. You will build rapport with a range of clients from sole traders, through to the MD/CEO, and work closely with the Branch Manager to meet objectives.

You will review client documentation for accuracy, support quoting, maintain relationships with internal and external contacts, and help achieve renewal retention while meeting FCA requirements. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail when reviewing client documents for accuracy.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Support quoting and renewal processes while ensuring FCA requirements.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with new and existing clients across the UK.
• Assist Commercial Account Executives to achieve renewal retention.
• Process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support service levels.
