You will coach junior staff, run workshops, and contribute to pitches and proposals, with a hybrid London-based role and occasional client travel.

Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience in consulting, strategy or senior commercial/digital roles.
• Deep understanding of commerce ecosystems and related platforms.
• Experience leading client conversations, workshops and driving proposals.

Responsabilités

• Own medium-scale projects end-to-end: scope, quality, delivery timeline, client relationship.
• Lead strategic recommendations across commerce transformation, AI discoverability, agentic commerce readiness, content strategy and channel optimisation.
• Structure ambiguous briefs into clear project plans with defined deliverables and milestones.
• Build repeatable delivery methodologies for the wider team.
