Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is building a commerce consulting practice to help clients navigate rapid shifts in how products are discovered, bought and supported by AI-powered solutions. You will own projects, manage client relationships and coach junior colleagues in a London-based hybrid setup.

You will lead workshops, shape strategic recommendations across commerce transformation, AI discoverability and content strategy, and connect diagnostic findings to commercial action across integrated

Qualifications

• Extensive consulting experience with a track record in strategy or senior commercial/digital roles.
• Strong understanding of commerce ecosystems, trading, content, category management and channel strategy.
• Excellent communication and executive presence with client-facing delivery.
• Experience building methodology or IP and leading workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to structure ambiguous briefs into actionable project plans.

Responsibilities

• Own medium-scale projects end-to-end: scope, timeline, quality and client relationships.
• Lead strategic recommendations across commerce transformation and AI discoverability.
• Design and facilitate workshops and interviews; translate findings into actions.
• Grow the practice and spot extension opportunities within accounts.
• Coach and develop junior consultants and line-manage when applicable.
