WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Business Services team in London. You will own projects end-to-end, lead client conversations and design strategic recommendations that connect diagnostic findings to commercial action.

The role blends consulting rigor with creative and CX teams, offering hybrid working, exposure to top brands, and opportunities to grow the practice through workshops, pitches and IP development.

Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience in consulting, strategy or senior digital roles.
• Deep understanding of commerce ecosystems and related technologies.
• Knowledge of AI discovery and LLM-influenced search; able to back it up with an action plan.

Responsabilités

• Own medium-scale projects end-to-end with strategic direction.
• Lead workshops and client conversations to drive actionable outcomes.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and contribute to pitches.
• Coach and develop junior consultants; contribute to IP development.
