VML, part of WPP Enterprise Solutions, seeks a Senior Consultant with deep commerce experience to lead client work across AI-enabled discovery, agentic commerce and content strategy. You will connect diagnostic findings to commercial actions, mentor junior staff, and help grow the practice within a global network.

Based in London with a hybrid working model, you will travel to client sites as needed and collaborate with creative, CX and commerce teams to deliver integrated solutions that drive

Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience in consulting, strategy or senior commercial/digital roles.
• Deep understanding of commerce ecosystems and how trading, content, and technology intersect.
• Knowledge of AI discovery, GEO/AEO, LLM-influenced discovery and conversational commerce.

Responsabilités

• Lead medium-scale projects end-to-end including scope, quality, delivery timeline and client relationship.
• Design and facilitate workshops and interviews; translate diagnostic findings into actionable recommendations.
• Develop and codify delivery methodologies into repeatable frameworks for the team to scale.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with mid-to-senior client contacts.
