WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead commerce transformation projects and client relationships from London. You will drive strategic recommendations, workshop design, and cross-functional collaboration with content, CX and commerce teams.

The role emphasizes independence, robust diagnostic work, and building capabilites within a growing practice. London-based with hybrid working and client travel.

Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience in consulting, strategy or senior commercial/digital roles.
• Deep understanding of how commerce ecosystems work across brands and channels.
• Working knowledge of AI discoverability: GEO, AEO, LLM-influenced discovery and conversational AI.
• Proven ability to lead projects independently with scope, quality and client expectations.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a credible narrative.
• Excellent communication and executive presence for leading workshops and client rooms.
• Experience building methodology or practice IP and reusable frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Own medium-to-large projects end-to-end: scope, quality, timeline and client relationships.
• Lead strategic recommendations across commerce transformation and content strategy.
• Structure ambiguous briefs into clear project plans with deliverables and milestones.
• Coach and develop junior consultants and contribute to practice IP development.
