Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in Leeds, Bristol and Edinburgh is seeking a Senior Colleague Relations Manager to shape and deliver innovative colleague relations strategies within a hybrid work model. You will negotiate with unions, advise on employment matters, and drive engagement across a large workforce.

As a senior leader, you’ll partner with senior stakeholders, manage complex change, and ensure policies and procedures support a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of industrial relations law and employment law.
• Familiar with ACAS Codes of Practice and best practices.
• Experience delivering large, complex programmes with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyse data and shape strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Shape colleague relations strategy and influence policies.
• Lead trusted partnerships with unions, People Forums and senior stakeholders.
• Provide expert advice on industrial and employment relations and engagement.
• Use insight and data to drive informed decisions and better outcomes.
• Deliver high-impact projects that support colleagues and the business.
• Coach and develop others across the organisation.
