Our client in Crayford seeks an experienced 3-Axis CNC Team Leader Senior Machinist to lead the 3-axis machining department. You will set, operate and program CNC machines while mentoring junior staff and driving improvements. Strong CADCAM experience and Heidenhain familiarity are highly valued.

This hands-on leadership role offers a 40-hour week with overtime as required; salary is £38,000 to £44,000 per annum plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Senior 3-Axis CNC Machinist with team leadership experience.
• Setting, operating and programming CNC milling machines.
• CADCAM programming experience required; Heidenhain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on leader setting, operating and programming CNC machines.
• Mentor and develop junior staff; drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering Manager to support day-to-day operations.
