The JobsBoard is seeking an experienced CNC Team Leader for a client based in Crayford. You will actively set, operate and program CNC machines while leading a small team, driving improvements and mentoring junior engineers. Strong CADCAM experience and Heidenhain controls are highly valued.

This hands-on leadership role requires proactive mentoring and a track record of advancing machining performance and quality in a busy shop environment.

Qualifikationen

• Senior 3-Axis CNC Machinist or Team Leader with hands-on experience.
• Setting, operating and programming CNC milling machines.
• Experience with Heidenhain controls preferred; CADCAM programming essential.
• Proven mentoring and training abilities.
• Proactive with continuous improvement mindset.

Aufgaben

• Lead the 3-axis machining department day-to-day operations.
• Set, operate and programme CNC machines hands-on.
• Mentor and develop junior staff to enhance skills and safety.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to drive improvements and efficiency.
