Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Cluster Director of Sales for maternity cover across its UK cluster. The role requires leading and developing high-performing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and shaping hotel strategy in planning and forecasting owned business segments.

You will build strong client relationships, participate in sales activities, and ensure performance standards while fostering a positive work environment. Prior leadership experience in hospitality is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar hotel leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Be commercially aware with strong analytical skills and knowledge of business indicators.

Responsibilities

• Build and inspire a dynamic sales team, motivating and empowering them to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Lead hotel strategy in planning and forecasting of owned business segments.
• Support and promote lead generation across the hotel and wider portfolio.
• Represent the hotels at sales team meetings and external events as appropriate.
• Adopt tools to support efficient work, including CRM, BI tools, market intelligence tools and Solver.
