Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Cluster Director of Sales (Maternity Cover) to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team across Clayton properties in the UK. You will drive owned business segments, manage key accounts, and forecast demand while collaborating with General Managers and Group Sales UK.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and commercial acumen, with a focus on revenue growth and cost efficiency in a multi-hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar hotel sales role.
• Strong leadership skills with team management experience.
• Excellent communication and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Build and inspire a dynamic sales team to achieve targets.
• Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders for satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead hotel strategy for owned business segments and forecast planning.
• Drive lead generation across the hotel and participate in sales activities and events.
• Utilise CRM, BI tools, and market intelligence to support decisions.
