Job summary

Made Tech Limited is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to own security across client engagements, focusing on secure-by-design architectures and automation. You will embed security into delivery pipelines, build tooling, and mentor engineering teams to raise the bar for security practices.

You will work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), implement threat modelling, and contribute to incident readiness while maintaining strong coding standards and reusable security patterns.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience securing cloud infrastructure in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience embedding security tooling into CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, SCA, container/IaC scanning).
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python or Go) for building security automation.
• Experience with detection engineering and SIEM tooling across enterprise environments.
• Experience setting up secure test environments for malware/code testing.

Responsibilities

• Build secure architectures for cloud-native systems using zero-trust and least-privilege.
• Embed security into CI/CD pipelines with SAST/DAST/SCA and IaC scanning.
• Support threat modelling and design reviews with engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain security tooling and automation from policy-as-code to IaC guardrails.
• Support vulnerability management and remediation efforts.
