Job summary

Sage Group PLC is seeking a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer to own and improve cloud infrastructure, automation, and deployment pipelines in a fast-paced DevOps/SRE environment. The role drives availability, security, and performance for Sage’s online product portfolio.

You will collaborate with development and product teams, lead on-call incidents, and promote best practices across the organization while delivering scalable solutions that meet business goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Candidate will own and operate cloud infrastructure end-to-end.
• Must design and implement scalable, secure automation in CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in DevOps/SRE environments with strong incident management.

Responsibilities

• Take accountability for product availability, security and performance.
• Design and implement solutions to simplify customer experience and reduce risk.
• Lead on-call incident response and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with product delivery teams to align on roadmaps and standards.
