Sage is seeking a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer to join our Cloud Operations team in Newcastle, UK. The role focuses on bridging Development and Operations, deploying and administering infrastructure, and driving automation with cloud technologies.

The Senior Engineer will lead 24/7 incidents, implement CI/CD, and ensure services are secure, available, and scalable across Sage’s product portfolio in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Experience in DevOps/SRE activities, automation, and CI/CD

Responsabilidades

• Take personal accountability for products to stay available, secure and performant
• Design and implement solutions to simplify customer experience and mitigate risk
• Lead and resolve 24x7 incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Drive CI/CD practices and product delivery pipeline
• Coordinate with product delivery teams to meet designs and quality
• Lead high-pressure incident scenarios with senior stakeholders
