Sage is seeking a Senior Director of DevOps Security in the United Kingdom to shape and lead one global security function across product engineering, cloud operations and enterprise IT. The role is based in Newcastle with a hybrid working model and requires guiding security strategy across geographies.

You will embed security across the software lifecycle, advance DevSecOps with AI-enabled development, and partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable improvements while visiting teams across

Formación

• Proven people leadership in a complex technology environment.
• Experience leading globally distributed, multicultural teams.
• Strong knowledge of application, product, software, cloud or enterprise security.
• Ability to challenge and guide specialists without coding daily.
• Track record of building or uniting functions and delivering security transformation.
• Excellent communication and influence across technical and leadership audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Unify and lead the function: Build one global DevOps Security function.
• Set direction and drive execution of the roadmap and initiatives.
• Partner across Product Engineering, Cloud Platform Operations and Enterprise IT.
• Embed security into AI-enabled software development lifecycle with automation.
• Strengthen security across internal technology environment and platforms.
• Provide technical judgement on architecture reviews, threat assessments and incidents.
