Job summary

J.P. Morgan is expanding its Public Cloud Engineering organization into the EMEA region by establishing a new Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. You will help shape the team, its technical direction, engineering culture and operational excellence, owning critical Identity domains across AWS, Azure and GCP.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, collaboration across global teams and a culture of continuous improvement and learning in cloud-native environments.

Qualifications

• Requires strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on delivery experience.
• Willingness to work with AI tooling and apply judgement.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and debugging across stacks.
• Writes, reviews, and maintains production code ensuring standards.
• Proposes architecture and design artifacts for complex applications.
• Gathers and analyzes data to improve software applications and systems.
