Job summary

IFS seeks a Senior Director of Identity & Access Management to own the IAM strategy for the platform ecosystem, leading AuthN and AuthZ across multiple products and services. You will partner with Product, Architecture, Security, and Cloud Operations to ensure security, scale, and a seamless customer experience.

You will build and run a high-performing engineering organization through two managers, drive policy and governance, and champion reliability, on-call readiness, and AI-assisted

Qualifications

• Proven deep domain expertise in identity and access management (authentication/authorization).
• Experience leading platform engineering teams serving other engineering teams.
• Experience with SaaS or cloud platforms at enterprise scale.
• Security architecture background with threat modeling and secure design principles.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic IAM direction across Nexus, Kairos, IFS.ai, and Cloud Services.
• Lead AuthN and AuthZ platform architecture and reliability.
• Drive security, compliance, and scalable user experiences by design.
• Oversee two engineering managers and partner with Product, Security, and Cloud Ops.
• Champion AI-assisted engineering to boost productivity and adoption.
