Job summary

Cloud Bridge is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Manager to own the IAM strategy, governance framework, and security controls for critical systems. This is a fully remote role within the UK, initially 6+ months on a contractor basis.

You will lead policies and processes for authentication, authorization, and single sign-on, coordinate with Technology, Risk, Audit and Security teams, and drive IAM initiatives while managing stakeholder relationships across the

Qualifications

• Extensive IAM experience across policies, standards and governance.
• Strong knowledge of Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes and IAM governance.
• Experience with PAM (CyberArk) and security monitoring platforms.
• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IAM strategy, roadmap and control framework.
• Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards and governance processes.
• Drive improvements across authentication, authorisation, access management and SSO.
• Manage IAM compliance activities, audits and security control reviews.
• Investigate identity-related security incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Audit and Security.
• Provide leadership, technical guidance and SME on IAM best practice.
