Job summary

Legal & General (L&G) is seeking a Senior Engineer to join our Group Protection technology team. This role shapes and delivers modern cloud-based solutions across the full software delivery lifecycle, partnering with stakeholders and fellow engineers.

You’ll design, develop and deploy scalable applications using Java and JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful microservices in Spring Boot/Node.js, and leverage Azure with CI/CD pipelines. You will mentor others and promote engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Need solid experience in building and supporting RESTful microservices.
• Strong cloud experience with Azure and containerisation.
• Proven ability to work in Agile environments and with CI/CD pipelines.
