Job summary

Medidata Solutions, Inc. is seeking Senior Implementation Consultants to lead configuration and enablement of client deployments of Medidata software. You will translate complex client requirements into practical system configurations and work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery.

Applicants should have a strong background in clinical trials, excellent communication, and the ability to guide clients through workshops and training while meeting tight timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year university/college degree or equivalent.
• Experience with clinical trials or related field.
• Strong ability to lead and support project teams and meet timelines.
• Expert knowledge of clinical trial processes, data collection and standards.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clinical systems solutions.
• Ability to work with technical R&D staff and translate features into examples.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration or enablement of customers on Medidata software to meet requirements.
• Educate on best practices for implementing Medidata software.
• Create or adapt specifications based on client needs, including test cases.
• Support less experienced team members and ensure quality of delivery.
• Assist cross-functional teams during configuration or implementation of specifications.
• Support issue resolution and client workshops (in-person or remote).
• Manage project timelines and budgets to deliver within scope.
• Answer client questions and provide guidance on software usage.
