Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with clinical research SaaS platforms in pharma/biotech.
• Customer-facing role with a strong client-first attitude.
• Exposure to eCOA/ePRO, eConsent or related digital trial tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Patient Cloud projects and manage client accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Lead meetings, capture decisions and track milestones.
