Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead configuration or enablement of customers on Medidata software.
• Educate on best practices for implementing Medidata’s software.
• Translate client requirements into specifications and test cases.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues on client engagements.
• Deliver client workshops in person or remotely.
• Manage projects to timelines and budgets.
• Support customers during enablement or implementation.

Responsibilities
