Job summary

Medable is seeking a Solutions Design professional to coordinate end-to-end implementation of our cloud-based platform for clinical trial clients. You will map protocols to software configurations, guide customers, and collaborate with product teams to translate feedback into improvements.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, strong communication with clients, and hands-on delivery of design, testing, and training to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience translating clinical requirements into software design.
• Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, solution design, development, testing and implementation of software.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial data management processes and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the overall Solutions Design process mapping clinical protocols to software solutions.
• Guide clients to the best use of Medable's platform to meet their needs.
• Lead end-to-end technical implementation including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Represent the voice of the customer to product teams with actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with product teams to scope additional features and roadmap.
• Provide technical training and onboarding to customers for successful launches.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet expectations.
