A National Health Service organization in Morpeth is seeking a Senior Clinical Psychologist for a 6-month maternity cover to provide leadership and management in a dynamic team, focusing on older adults. This position offers a competitive salary between £55,690 and £62,682 per year pro rata.
CNTW NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Clin ical Psychologist to join the Older Person's inpatient team for 6 months sickness cover. The role focuses on leadership and management, specialist assessment and interventions, and support for complex case management.

At St George's Park there are two older adult mixed gender wards (one functional and one organic). The team includes a full-time Higher Assistant Psychologist across both wards and a part-time Nurse Systemic Practitioner on the functional ward. Psychology is well respected within the North Inpatient CBU, reflected in the ongoing expansion of psychological input across acute, rehab and older adults inpatient wards.
The role would suit those who have an interest in working with older adults with both organic and mental health difficulties.
We are looking for an enthusiastic clinician with previous inpatient experience and substantial experience working with MDTs within pressured and busy systems. The post holder will be supervised by the Associate Psychological Services Director.
As a Senior Psychologist in an established multi-disciplinary service you will be responsible for providing high quality evidence-based psychological assessments, neuropsychological assessments, formulations and therapy to older adults.
