Job summary

Healthtech-1 is seeking a Senior Clinical Account Exec/Growth Specialist to help GP practices adopt a practical SaaS product with an average ACV of £6k. This role suits clinicians, practice staff, NHS operators, or healthcare professionals who understand how healthcare really works and want to have impact at scale.

You’ll spend time speaking with practices, running product demos, and guiding sign-up to go-live to improve patient access.

Qualifications

• Clinical background in NHS or General Practice.
• Experience engaging with GP practices.
• Willingness to promote SaaS solutions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Speak directly with GP practices and understand their operational pain points.
• Run product demos for clinical audiences and practice staff.
• Guide practices from sign-up to go-live and drive adoption to improve patient access.
• Build trusted relationships with clinicians and practice teams to support scale.
