Job summary

Ipsen Biopharm Ltd is seeking a Business Process Lead to oversee end-to-end Clinical Development processes, ensuring quality, efficiency and optimization across operations. The role requires extensive GXP experience and leadership across the development lifecycle.

As a senior member of the team, you will establish process policy, monitor KPIs, drive improvements, and align with R&D stakeholders while maintaining regulatory compliance and robust risk management.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of Pharmaceutical Industry experience with at least 5 years of GXP within clinical research.
• 4 years experience in development, management and leadership of Clinical Operations Business Process.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a culture of continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of SOPs governing clinical research activities.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage clinical development process objectives aligned with R&D strategies.
• Establish policies and ensure adoption across teams; manage risk.
• Track KPIs and report process performance to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement of clinical development processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and act as escalation point.
