Job summary

Leading Global CRO in the UK offers a fully remote senior role overseeing data management activities, study design, and regulatory compliance within clinical trials. You will own deliverables, drive timelines, and coordinate with clients across multiple studies.

You will lead and train teams on EDC systems, dataflow, and QC processes, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness while maintaining strong client relationships and end-to-end project ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health/pharmaceutical sciences, physical/biological sciences, or chemistry
• At least 5 years of pharma clinical trial data management (or 2+ years as CDM II)
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, data standards, and regulatory guidance
• Proven leadership in CDM activities and complex project management

Responsibilities

• Act as primary day-to-day contact and owner of data management deliverables, timelines, and status reports for assigned projects
• Serve as first line of contact for technical, procedural, or out-of-scope discussions and participate in Kick-offs and client meetings
• Plan study-level resources and mentor junior staff; deliver training on EDC systems and QC processes
• Maintain study binders and support during client audits and regulatory inspections
