Job summary

Leading Global CRO in the UK is seeking a Senior Clinical Data Manager for a fully remote role. You will own data management deliverables, drive project timelines, and lead cross-functional teams across clinical data management.

Strong leadership and expertise in EDC, data standards, and regulatory compliance are essential to ensure high-quality submissions. You will mentor staff, coordinate with clients, and support audits and inspections from regulators while maintaining project continuity in

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in health/pharmaceutical sciences, physical/biological sciences, or chemistry.
5+ years in pharmaceutical clinical trial data management, or ≥2 years as CDM II.
Deep knowledge of ICH-GCP, data standards, and regulatory expectations.
Strong leadership skills to manage project teams and client relationships.

Responsibilities

Own data management deliverables, timelines, and status reports for assigned projects.
Lead eCRF design, data cleaning, QA, and UAT coordination.
Manage client communications, scope discussions, and study kick-offs.
Train junior staff on EDC, dataflow, and QC processes.
Prepare for audits and regulatory inspections with study binders.
