Job summary

Leading Global CRO is seeking a Senior Clinical Data Manager to lead data management activities on global clinical trials, fully remote in the UK. You will own data deliverables, timelines, and reports, ensuring quality and regulatory alignment.

You will mentor staff, run EDC design and data cleaning, manage data flows, QC processes, and support client audits while building strong relationships with sponsors and study teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health/pharmaceutical sciences, physical/biological sciences, or chemistry fields.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical clinical trial data management or at least 2 years as a CDM II.
• In-depth understanding of ICH-GCP, data standards, regulatory guidance.
• Strong leadership in CDM activities and complex data management projects.

Responsibilities

• Own data management deliverables, timelines, and status reports for assigned projects.
• Serve as the first line of contact for technical or out-of-scope discussions, participating in project kick-offs and audits.
• Plan study-level resources and mentor junior staff; deliver training on EDC systems, dataflow, and QC processes.
• Maintain study binders and support client audits and regulatory inspections.
