Job summary

Leading Global CRO is seeking a Senior Clinical Data Manager to join a fully remote, UK-wide team. You will own data management deliverables, oversee timelines, and report on project status across trials.

You will lead training for staff on EDC systems, manage client interactions, ensure regulatory readiness, and support audits while driving data quality and project success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health/pharmaceutical sciences or related field.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical clinical trial data management (or 2+ years as CDM II).
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, data standards and regulatory audits.
• Proven leadership in data management projects and client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Own data management deliverables, timelines and reports for assigned studies.
• Lead client discussions, KIs, kick-offs and scope management.
• Mentor junior staff; deliver training on EDC systems and QC processes.
• Maintain study binders and support audits/regulatory inspections.
• Oversee study design, data cleaning, SAE reconciliation and data harmonisation.
• Coordinate post go-live changes, locks and archival documentation.
