Job summary

Leading Global CRO is seeking a Senior Clinical Data Manager for a fully remote UK role. You will own data management deliverables, manage timelines, and provide leadership across projects, with emphasis on data quality and regulatory readiness.

You will design eCRFs, oversee data cleaning and harmonisation, and mentor junior staff. This role emphasizes client interaction, audits, and continuous process improvement within a flexible home-based setup.

Qualifications

• Primary owner of data management deliverables, timelines and reports.
• Lead study-level resources planning and staff mentoring.
• Maintain data management documents and support regulatory audits.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for data management deliverables and project status.
• Lead eCRF design, annotated CRFs and UAT participation.
• Develop and maintain DMP, Data Management Project Plan and DQRP.
• Oversee data cleaning, SAE reconciliation and vendor data streams.
• Coordinate post-go-live modifications and archival documentation.
