Job summary

Myton Hospices is seeking a Senior Clinical Administrator to join the Clinical Administration Team at Warwick and Coventry sites. The role supports clinical staff, coordinates patient data, and ensures efficient administration across sites.

DBS will be required; prior experience in clinical admin is essential. Salary is £27,607 - £28,229 per annum, with a closing date of 30 September 2026 and interview date 12 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administration support to multiple teams in a clinical setting.
• Ability to handle patient data and manage diverse workloads.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Proficient IT skills and experience with various systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Medical Team by monitoring and updating Master Rota and collecting patient feedback.
• Assist Caldicott Guardian with note redaction processes.
• Plan placements and medical student visits.
• Provide cover for tasks in absence of Clinical Administration Manager.
• Support cross-site clinical administration to ensure coverage during absences.
