Myton Hospices is seeking a Senior Clinical Administrator to join the Clinical Administration Team at Warwick and Coventry sites. The role supports clinical staff, coordinates patient data, and ensures efficient administration across sites.
DBS will be required; prior experience in clinical admin is essential. Salary is £27,607 - £28,229 per annum, with a closing date of 30 September 2026 and interview date 12 October 2026.

We are a much-loved and well supported charity, at the heart of our community. We have three hospices, a range of community services, and 26 charity shops in Coventry and Warwickshire.
We are seeking a Senior Clinical Administrator to join our Clinical Administration Team.
In this role, you will be an integral part of the Clinical Administration Team and contribute towards the smooth running of Myton Hospice’s Clinical Services by providing administrative support to clinical staff who are involved in caring for patients and their families. You will promote effectiveness and efficiency, acting as a resource for clinical staff, patients, their families, visitors and volunteers. You will provide cover for specific tasks in the absence of Clinical Administration Manager, and be the shared point of contact for Medical Team.
As a Senior Clinical Administrator, a typical day might include:
You will be office-based at our Warwick Hospice, but you will also be required to work at our site in Coventry.

This role will require a standard DBS check because you will be working in an adult healthcare setting. We will arrange and cover the cost of this check.
