We have an exciting opportunity at Spire Workplace Health, part of the Spire Healthcare Group, for a Senior Administrator to join our Operations team on a fixed-term contract.

In this varied and rewarding role, you will play a key part in supporting our Referrals team, acting as a senior point of contact and leading by example within the wider administration function. You'll also deputise for the Operations Leads when required, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our services.

Working closely with the Operations Team Leader, you'll provide guidance and support to colleagues, manage escalated customer queries and complaints, and use your problem-solving skills to deliver excellent service. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support, and enjoys finding solutions for both customers and colleagues.
