Job summary

Artificial in Harrow is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to lead client engagements from planning through delivery and BAU, ensuring high-value outcomes and strong relationships.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Product Management, and Forward Deployed Engineering teams to deliver seamless onboarding, adoption, and growth for enterprise clients across the Lloyd’s/London Market and US markets.

Qualifications

• Executive level communication skills and ability to navigate difficult conversations with clients.
• Proven track record in Client Success or Account Management with relationship-building focus.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, simple terms.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Notion, Slack, Figma, Asana or similar collaboration tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Client onboarding and solution delivery: oversee end-to-end onboarding and product delivery from handover to go-live and BAU.
• Build trusted client partnerships: develop relationships with stakeholders to understand objectives, workflows, and integration needs.
• Champion client needs internally: advocate for clients with Product and Engineering to shape plans and enhancements.
• Governance & Delivery: define objectives, scope, milestones; establish governance and roles for timely delivery.
• Coordinate testing and training: lead UAT and client training, remotely or on-site, for launch readiness.
• Manage go-live and transition to BAU: ensure smooth transition with documentation and satisfaction.
• Monitor performance and engagement: analyze platform usage and metrics to drive adoption and optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement: capture feedback and manage changes to improve service and product.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: work with Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues and improve quality.
• Represent the company externally: act as ambassador in client meetings and industry events.
