Landytech in London is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to guide clients through their Sesame platform lifecycle. You will drive value, adoption, retention and expansion across a diverse portfolio of investment managers and asset advisors.

You will combine deep investment- product knowledge with strong analytics and systems skills to translate complex client needs into practical solutions, collaborating with Product, Data, and Engineering to deliver outcomes. Hybrid work option available.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 years in SaaS client success or related finance roles.
• Strong understanding of investment products and portfolio analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee onboarding and drive time-to-value for clients.
• Manage portfolio governance, reviews and health scoring.
• Develop platform expertise to resolve client blockers with teams.
• Identify upsell opportunities and support renewal strategy.
• Advocate for client needs with Product and Engineering.
• Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and improve outcomes.
• Contribute to scalable, AI-enabled client success playbooks.
