• Translate understanding into insight-led strategies spanning media, communications, data, creative and customer experience to deliver measurable business impact.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across strategy, planning, activation, analytics, communications and specialist capabilities for seamless delivery and excellence.
• Oversee account performance, including commercial stewardship, resource planning, operational delivery and sustainable growth in a global context.
• Identify opportunities to deepen the partnership and drive long-term value for OpenAI and the agency.
