Job summary

Navari Talent Limited is engaged to appoint a Client Director in London to drive new client acquisition and shape a scalable, high-performing business development function across corporate services, fiduciary, governance and fund administration sectors.

Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will open doors, develop strategic relationships with intermediaries, law firms and financial institutions, and represent the business at senior levels across international markets,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to win new business in corporate services or related sectors.
• Strong network across financial services, legal, private equity or international corporate markets.
• Experience selling complex, multi-service solutions to senior decision makers.
• Commercially astute with the ability to identify opportunities across multiple service lines.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial approach with energy to build relationships from the ground up.
• Comfortable operating autonomously while influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience in an international corporate services environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new client relationships across multiple service lines.
• Identify opportunities within existing client relationships, maximizing cross-selling opportunities.
• Build relationships with intermediaries, law firms, private equity houses, financial institutions and professional advisers.
• Represent the business at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities through proactive market engagement.
• Work collaboratively with service line leaders to understand client needs and position the firm's full range of solutions.
• Support the Chief Commercial Officer in developing the firm's long-term client acquisition strategy.
• Provide market intelligence on competitors, emerging trends and client demand to support future growth initiatives.
