Navari Talent Limited is seeking a Capital Markets Manager to join their expanding Capital Markets division in London. In this newly created role, you will report directly to the Group CFO and play a pivotal part in raising and managing capital to support the company’s lending activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in capital markets and strong project management skills, with a focus on compliance and operational readiness. You will work closely with senior leadership and contribute to strategic decisions that drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in capital markets within a bank, lender, or corporate finance advisory team.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem-solving ability.
• Advanced financial modelling and presentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the CFO and leadership team in raising and refinancing funding facilities.
• Manage and monitor existing funding lines, ensuring compliance with covenants.
• Oversee transactions from inception through to completion.
• Prepare financial models and presentations for funding discussions.
